Thank you so much for your purchase. For any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a easy return/exchange policy. Just simply fill out the Return Form that is inside your package and place it with your unused item in it's original packaging if available and mail to:

All shipping fees for any returned or exchanged item is nonreturnable. We recommend using a delivery confirmation for any returns or exchanges made. Any returned or exchanged item must be unwashed, unworn and contain all original hang tags and packaging.

 

Merchandise marked "FINAL SALE" is sold "as is" and may not be returned or exchanged and is not eligible for price adjustment. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original delivery date in order to receive a credit, which will be place back on the original method of payment. Please allow 7 days for the receipt of credit. Returns after 30 days will receive store credit only and will be good for any purchase on the website.

 

Please allow 3 days after restocking of original item before any exchanges will be made and item to be shipped. We will contact you via email when your new item has shipped. Please note that we strive to have a full inventory of all our products, however there may be times that a product you are wanting for your exchanged item returned could be on back order. In this rare event, you will have the option to receive store credit to purchase another product or you can proceed with the exchange, noting that the item is on back order. You are guaranteed to receive the back ordered item immediately when it becomes available. Please note the possibility of pricing adjustments, in this event you will be responsible to pay for any additional fees that will allow for the purchase of your new item. If you purchase something of a lesser value, a credit to your account will be made.

 

If you are wanting to exchange your item but do not want to wait for processing of the exchanged item and it is not on back order, you will have the option to purchase this item through the normal purchasing method on the website. Once we receive your exchanged merchandise, we will credit your original purchase amount with shipping fees to your account from your original method of payment.
