›› What types of payment do you take?

We accept paypal and all other major credit cards. 

 

Registration

 

›› Do I have to register to place an order?

No. You will have the option to check out as a guest before you proceed to checkout.

 

›› What are the benefits of registering?

  • Place an order in just a few clicks, without having to re-enter your shipping information and other details each time you shop.
  • Easily track your order status and history.
  • Receive special offers that can be redeemed when purchases are made.

 

›› How do I register?

You can register by selecting Create Account on our homepage or by selecting to register when you proceed to checkout. To register you will be asked to register with your existing email account.

 

Orders

 

›› How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped, your order confirmation email will update to show a shipped status and will include your tracking number. Orders placed online for in-stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days. You can also log into our website and select the Track My Order page in the top right hand corner. You can track your order by entering your Order ID, Billing Last Name or Email address. For updates on back order purchases, you can email us at help@adedgeperformance.com

 

›› When will I receive my order for in-stock items?

Most orders arrive within 2-5 days for in-stock items; please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes. 

 

›› When will I receive my order if it is on back order?

You will receive an email regarding estimated shipping dates if you have bought a backordered item. Feel free to email us at help@adedgeperformance.com if you need further information.

 

›› What if I received the wrong order?

Please fill out the Return Form and mail back the items to us to the address listed on the form. We will exchange or refund you based on the information collected on this form.* Please note all shipping fees for any returned or exchanged item is nonreturnable. Please refer to our Returns/Exchanges Policy.

 

›› Can I change or cancel my order?

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, once an order is submitted, it is usually not possible to change or cancel. However, if we are notified immediately and the merchandise has not been shipped, cancelling or changing the order could be made. Returns/Exchanges

 

›› How do I return my order?

›› Can I return an item to adedgeperformance.com if I purchased it at one of your retail affiliates?

No. Due to our inventory management, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of AdEdge Performance apparel that was not purchased through our website. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

›› Can I return items if the hang tags are not attached?

You may return the item to us as long as the item is unworn and unwashed and is made within our 30 day return policy.

 

›› Can I return an item that is marked FINAL SALE?

Merchandise marked "final sale" is sold "as is" and may not be returned or exchanged and is not eligible for price adjustment.

 

 

Shipping

 

›› What are your shipping rates?

We charge a flat rate shipping of $5.00 for US customers and a flat rate shipping of $14.99 per item for international orders.

 

›› Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We charge a flat rate of $14.99 per item to ship internationally.

 

›› I am an international customer. Why did I have to pay additional fees to accept delivery of my package?

Some countries will impose additional tariffs on items shipped abroad. The customer is responsible for any country specific tariffs and duties added by your respective government. For additional information, please contact your mail and customs officials.

 

›› I bought an item on back order along with an item that was in-stock. Do I have to pay shipping fees twice?

No. You will only be charged once for shipping fees of $5.00 if shipped within the US. Your back order item will ship as it becomes available without any extra shipping fees incurred.
